SpeakerHub Website Update No.7: Find more speaking opportunities

Helping speakers find new opportunities
Events specially "recommended for you":
This is a new feature for registered speakers on our Events page: you can see Calls for speakers recommended for specially curated for you based on the tags and location you provided on your speaker profile page (you need to be logged in to see this menu).

Related events: when you are looking for events, check out the side panel on the right of the page. These events will appear on each individual Call for speakers’ page, based on various criteria (such as your keywords and location) we’ve found on your speaker profile page.
Event email digest: the weekly summary of Calls for speakers is now customizable: ensure you only hear about the event you are actually going to be interested in. You can set email alerts depending on your fee limit, what kind of events you’re interested in (e.g. conference, workshops), and your topics. Simply go to the “Event invitations & Alerts” tab on your speaker profile editor and set your criteria.

Crop Your Profile Photo
We love listening to your requests: a few weeks ago, one of our speakers wrote to tell us that she wanted to be able to crop her photo, and we’ve now made this possible!
The Speaker image upload has been improved, you can now easily delete, drag and drop images, and use crop function to make sure your profile picture makes a great first impression.

Detailed Profile Statistics
We’ve added two new features to your statistics page that will allow you to see how event planners are interacting with you page.

First is the “Favorites” section. This will give you a tally for the amount of times event planners have saved or bookmarked your profile for future events.

We’ve also added a section called “Popular Search Keywords” to help you see which keywords event planners are using to locate and select your profile. Use this information to help bolster your profile by including related videos or slides which show your expertise on your most searched keywords.
