SpeakerHub Website Update No.4: Speaker Profiles: Full Revamp
We have completely overhauled your speaker profile pages to make them clearer, more user friendly and better at showcasing exactly what makes you a great speaker.
Brand New Profile Page
We’ve worked with a handful of skilled individuals, including some of our speakers, a user experience expert, and our developers to redesign our speaker’s profiles, making the information more accessible and clear.
More information, immediately.

When you edit your profile, you will see we have reorganized the tabs, making them simpler. We’re still fine-tuning these further in the coming weeks.
We’ve also added three new ways for people to interact with your profile. Next to the contact button, you will see two new options: a share button and a favourite button.
Sharing & Favorites
You (and anyone else) can now share your profile immediately on Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn.

Increasing Credibility & Confidence
For event organizers, it’s difficult to know instantly whether they should trust a speaker’s profile.
We added a “Why Choose Me?” box: in 90 characters, speak directly to the event organizer.

Recommendations
The “recommendations” section is it will instantly increase your credibility by showcasing ‘votes’ from the public, providing more social validation to your profile.
Even non-logged in visitors can recommend a speaker by 'upvoting' them, and if a logged-in organizer votes, that is shown separately.
We therefore have both “audience” and “organizer” votes.
Share your profile with your network and ask them to vote for you!
After a presentation, share your link with the event organizer and ask them to give you an upvote, and a written testimonial too.

Reorganizing Information with Tabs
In the section explaining who you are and showing your experience, we’ve added new tabs to organize your ‘about’ section and your ‘media’ (videos, slides, photos) so you can demonstrate your speaking abilities.
