She is an experienced Organizational Management Leader with a demonstrated history of success and effectiveness working within prominent non-profit organizations in New York City and South Florida.

Once formerly incarcerated, ShaWanda has witnessed and personally endured the strains incarceration places on women and their families. She strives to ensure that others have the necessary resources to strike back at these disparities.
